The M3 Sedan is based on the 2008 M3 Coupe, which was unveiled earlier this month. While the coupe targets the Audi RS5 and Mercedes CLK63 AMG, the sedan will take aim at the Lexus IS-F and Mercedes C63 AMG.
The M3’s V8 powerplant has two more cylinders than its predecessor, delivering 420 hp from 4.0 litters and maximum torque of 295 lb-ft at 3,900 rpm.
