Few automotive forums revealed today the details of the next generation of Porsche 911. The new Porsche range will feature improved engine as follows: the 3.6 liter engine will deliver 345hp(+20hp) while the 3.8 liter engine delivers 385 (+30hp).
The 2009 Porsche 911 will be fitted with bi-xenon headlights with clearing system, daytime running lights featuring LED technology, LED taillights with new design. The exterior of the car was also restyled: the new front bumper has larger air intakes and also a new design, the rear bumper is completely new. For the Cabriolet version the manufacturer included new optimised hood system. The interior of the car now feature front centre console with new styling, black paint finish, modified air-conditioning controls, new controls for hoof/roof(for Cabriolet and Targa models).
Porsche included also the 7-Speed porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) dual-clutch transmission, mechanical limited-splip rear differential, tyre pressure monitoring system, dynamic cornering lights, seat ventilation system and steering wheel heating.
